I ordered these for riding bikes home after watching the sunset on the beach; perfect. At home, we have somewhat frequent power-outs and they will be good for reading and cooking in the dark; no candles or oil lamps to carry around.

I bought two of these after we just went through a power outtage. I will be ready for next time.These are great for anyone who needs to walk around in the dark and needs their hands free. My son walks home from the neighbor's house in the dark, so the red flashing is great so that cars can see him.I would think it would be perfect for campers too.The light is nice and bright and adjustable.Great gift idea and just great to have.

Purchased two O.F. Cobber 8 LED Headlamps. When we first received the headlamps both worked great, but the first headlamp stopped working after two weeks and the second stopped working after three weeks. Very disappointed with durability and workmanship.

The headband on this headlamp is very comfortable but sometimes feels a little too stretchy. For the price, it is a nice headlamp and does the job as well as more expensive ones. However, there is not much difference between the 6 LED setting and the 8 LED setting. And, I bought my teenagers 2 LED headlamps at a local store and they were half the price of this one and just as bright.

My kids like an adventure so we thought the headlamps would add to their fun. It certainly worked. Whether they are walking around in the neighborhood at sundown or taking them camping to find their way while hiking to the bathroom or abondoned bear caves these certainly do the trick for all of us and keep our hands free from having to carry a flashlight. What a great gift with many uses.

We saved almost all of the boxes from our interstate move this summer. We bought two headlamps for our sons to use when playing in their box forts and tunnels they make in our basement. It's great hands-free play for crawling through the tunnels and instant light when they reach the "inner chamber" of their fort. I was a little concerned when the warning lable said "children should only use under supervision" and not to look directly at the light because of possible eye damage. I don't rmember any mention of that in the product description, but it may have been an oversight on my part. If I had seen it, I probably would have purchased another light. But we've talked to the kids about it and remind them every time they use them, and haven't had any problems. The lights are holding up well, are lighweight even for the kids, seem to be made well and are performing as expected. They even stay on their heads once adjusted to the right size!! It sure beats replacing the batteries in our flashlights every week!!

bought 2 headlamps for my grandkids (5 & 8) for Christmas. They were a hit! The headlamp is bright enough for them to see outside at night - and - the flashing red lights make them visible from a far distance. Headband fully adjustable. These headlamps were purchased more as a toy than a working tool, but as a toy they rate A+.

this was a good deal. It is a little bulky but it has three light settings, so it is pretty cool.

This product is good for wearing on your head like a miner's lamp. It doesn't work so well when using it for a bicycle front or rear lamp.
