not what I thought
The description of this bag says 14 way full length dividers. I ASSUMED it meant that all 14 compartments were full length, they are NOT. There are 14 dividers at the top and only 2 nylon dividers that go the full length. Also it could use a couple more pockets. I guess for the money it isn't bad but had I seen this in a store I would not have bought it.

not what I expected
I wanted to ad a note to my previous review of this bag. Yes I was dissappointed that it didn't really have 14 full length dividers. I emailed overstock to let them know that the description was misleading. One hour after sending the email my phone rang, it was Overstock customer service!! A very nice lady (sorry I didn't get her name) appologized for the problem. I was shocked to get such a quick reply. The description of the bag wasn't Overstocks desciption because I found this bag on 3-4 other sites and they all had the exact same description. It was a shame that Overstock ended up taking the blame when it wasn't their fault. My current 5 stars is for the great response to the problem. You rarely see this kind of customer service these days. It is a nice bag and the best price I found on the internet.
