I PURCHASED THIS PARTICULAR TENT SO THAT I COULD TAKE MY TEENAGE SON CAMPING AND HE WOULD HAVE HIS OWN BEDROOM. IT'S THE ONLY ONE I COULD FIND THAT HAS A SEPARATE INTERIOR DOOR FOR EACH BEDROOM, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH ONE BEDROOM TO GET TO THE OTHER. THE SCREENED IN PORCH IS HALF THE SIZE OF THE TENT. I TYPICALLY USE IT FOR A LIVING/DINING AREA, INDOOR AWAY FROM BUGS. I SET UP A PICNIC TABLE INSIDE THE PORCH AND STILL HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR A FEW CHAIRS AND INFLATABLE SOFA. NOBODY HAS TO BEND OVER TO WALK AROUND. MY BOYFRIEND IS 6FT TALL AND ONLY BENDS OVER TO GET THROUGH THE DOORWAY. I SOMETIMES TAKE EXTRA FRIENDS WHO DON'T HAVE TENTS AND THEY SLEEP IN MINE. THE PORCH WILL EASILY HOLD 2 MORE (IN ADDITION TO THE 2 BEDROOMS) QUEEN SIZE MATTRESSES WITH ROOM TO WALK AROUND. I WOULD SAY 4 QUEEN SIZE MATTRESSES TOTAL IS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE WITH EXTRA ROOM. IF YOU USE COTS THERE WOULD BE ROOM FOR MANY MORE. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE! MY FRIENDS CALL IT MY MANSION OR HOTEL. EXTREMELY EASY TO SET UP! TYPICALLY 2 WOMEN DO IT ALONE.

The tent is huge. Almost too huge; we did not abuse it and it ripped upon the first and only use. It was as if the fabric could not be supported enough by the structure, considering the size.

I purchased this tent with high hopes, I loved the size and design for a family of 5 with kids because the extra room would be wonderful. When I received it I was not to happy it appeared to have been used: grass inside, poles were scratched and some stains noted on the tent material. I sealed the seams and noted the rain fly was quite small. But we were off that week for camping and so it goes. The first night set up was easy, I had already done it at home so 1 person could do in 30 minutes not bad for the size and quicker as you got used to it. It rained the first night. It leaked like a sieve. I had to move the kids overnight to avoid the drips and I and my husband were regularly pelted with water from the ceiling. I did not seal the rain fly as this usually comes with extra sealant but all the lower seams allowed water to enter the tent too. Needless to say we were lucky to stay at a campground that had cabins available and we jumped on the opportunity. I will say overstock was all over our refund I am awaiting it to be picked up and the I was granted a refund of the platinum protection plan too. My biggest concern is this was not advertised as a used product and I am certain this was a returned or refurbished item it was blatantly obvious the price was good but still not listed. For this I would beware of what you purchase.
