Wanted a Leg Exentsion Machine for a While
I purchase this Multi-Purpose Weight Bench this tuesday June 22 2010, It arrived at 11:30am this Thursday June 25 delivered by Fed-Ex! Which is amazing considering heavy machines can takes months to be delivered, mines came in just three days (not including purchase date). I assemble this machine in about 2 hours (including breaks and a qucik lunch): and easy to read instructions and all parts (screws, washers, etc) came in a sealed plastic cardboard which is great. I will give an update on how good this weight bench hold up to a large size leg exentison machine in about a month or two: Last but Not Least: I have been meaning to buy a leg extension machine for my lower body since I left school (I tone up really well with just a few equipment, leg extension machine being one of the machines I used), Walking does your body good, but it can't replace a well made exercise machine: asked any celebrity, they get their body in amazing shape using well made/well quality exercise machines. So for anyone trying to get in shape consult your doctor, do your research on your body, and compare exericse equipment prices, ease of use, and dependablity online Then dive into working out with weights and small home gyms like this weight bench: You'll be proud of yourself and you'll also tone your body in less time then just using a traditional workout regimen like: Walking, sensible eating, food restriction Trust me I went from 200 to 154 in a month in half (eating seven times a day) and not restricting any foods using light weights, small gym equipments like: leg extension machince and arm machine, walking, eating breakfast, and limiting stress, and walking, walking, walking!

Great Bench
Good, solid bench. It is sturdy and it is long. Sufficient padding. I use this for dumbbell workouts and leg press/curls. It is a tall bench but any bench with a leg press attachment is going to need to be. The only thing missing on this bench is handles on the side but I can make do. It did not come with an Olympic weight adapter for the leg attachment. Easy to understand instructions and assembly if you have any ability at all. I wanted a FID bench with leg press/curl and this fits the bill as good as any could.

good product for the money
I've used this product for a little over five weeks and have been pleased overall. It's easy to adjust for different exercises, was fairly simple to assemble, and has held up fine so far in terms of durability. The only issue was part of the vinyl trim on the seat cushion started to come loose, but that hasn't affected the performance of the product. The price was very reasonable compared to related products. I'd recommend it for the budget-concious home fitness enthusiast looking for a basic workout.

Weight bench - excellent value
This bench is made by Yukon Fitness. I have purchased their products in the past and was pleasantly surpirsed when I found they were the manufacturer. Great quality stuff and very sturdy. Very happy with this product.

You get what you pay for
This bench is ok at best. The seat has a 2 inch pad, but the bench pad is only 1 inch. I've only had it for a few months and it feels like the pad is not hooding up very well. My opinion, spend a little more and get a quality product.

Good Bench for the money.....
The bench is "good" but no better. The quality seems good until you put it all together - there is just too much wobble. I guess I should have gone with commercial equipment if I was worried about it. It is good if you plan on doing very controlled, lighter weight exercises. The leg extension/curl adapter is functional, however there is wobble here too. The leg adapter was what I originally bought the bench for, so it does the trick. If you like more smoothly functioning equipment spend a little more money on a better quality bench.

Leg machine
I was impressed by the quality of the machine. My only complaint is that the tool listing on the parts was completely wrong.
