Customer Reviews
The tent is small but is a good tent. My son and I went camping this weekend in it and it definitely served its purpose. Real easy to put together and to take down. The only problem I had was initially with the directions. It showed a part that did not come with our tent and we thought we were missing a part; however, the list of contents was exactly what we had so we decided to start putting it together to make sure all the parts were there. After putting it all together, we realized we did have all the parts. My 9 year old son was eager to put it up again himself and he had no trouble putting it up and taking it down himself. It sleeps 2 people comfortably with equipment. We both really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this tent for a camping weekend.
This tent is a Christmas present for my seven year old grandson. I probably will not open it, but have him do so.I picked it because it had good customer reviews. I hope it is satisfactory for my purpose. What is your customer return policy?
I picked this tent out without any prior knowledge of camping, and am glad I made the purchase. I liked how everything was so compact and came in it's own carrying case (although, a bit hard to get everything back in again-- but, it can be done!). The tent was VERY roomy for two people and our gear. It would certainly be comfortable for three. No bugs got in at all! And it kept us dry from a light rain. The floor is made of tarp-like material, which even extends up the sides for a few inches, so I'm certain we would have stayed dry if the rain puddled. Only minor problem was that I think they packed the wrong instructions with the tent. However, my boyfriend and I figured it out in no time flat. There were also a few stray strings hanging off of it, but that wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely recommend this tent to anyone who is looking for a quality tent at a good price.
Took the family out for our first camping trip. My 2 boys(9&13) slept in one and my wife, toddler, & i slept in another comfortably. It took about 12 minutes to put up the tent. So simple, not alot of moving parts so not much can break except i was so excited when theyarrived I accidently cut one with a box cutter but fixed it with duck tape. It still did the job. I highly recommend this tent for first timers your will get your moneys worth.
I have not yet used this camping, but from inspection and a trial setup, it appears to be a good purchase. It set up easily and actually could be folded up by a mere mortal to fit back into the included bag. I wish the tradition of giving the measurements of tents by their "unfinished" dimensions were abandoned, but it was not too much smaller than I anticipated: the short dimension of the tent accommodates the long dimension of a queen size air mattress. Workmanship looks clean and neat, no hanging threads or sloppiness. I expect it will perform its intended function as protection from the elements and basic privacy while sleeping, reading (if stuck inside because of rain), and eating for one person or a couple.
