These are made with a new-age material which stops moisture, including rain, from entering the interior sleeping compartment but allows perspiration to transfer from the interior to the outside. These bags are 100 percent wind proof by design. Large baffles are along the entire zipper with a neck guard and a chest guard. The extra large, extra long is specifically designed for adults weighing more than 200 pounds. This special design provides an extra 4 inches of width at the shoulders and an extra 4 inches in the foot box. This should permit the camper to easily roll over without being twisted up in the sleeping bag. Weight is just over 4 pounds. A high quality compression sack is included.

  • This is not a very warm bag.

    Calling this a 0-degree sleeping bag is a total misrepresentation. I just used this bag in the Superstition Mountains of Arizona and it uncomfortably cool at about 30 degrees F even though I used a liner. It does not have the loft needed for lower temperatures. It is roomy and packs well.
