Mommy Make Me Better Chou Chou Doll

We got this for our daughter's 7th birthday. She absolutely loves it! It took us a minute to figure it out. Meaning when the baby has a fever you have to take her temperature BEFORE you give her the medicine or she never stops crying. If it's done in the correct order it works just fine. My oldest daughter is nearly 9 and she wants one for her birthday too. They love taking care of this cute little "sick" baby. My oldest daughter is into dolls a little late but it's teaching her some nurturing skills that will come in handy when she's a real Mommy. She especially loves to listen to the baby's heartbeat and listen to her laugh when she gives the baby her teddy bear. This baby is a little pricey but she was worth it because I've never seen a doll that "gets a fever". Her bright red lit up face (I would compare it to a tail light on a car) might scare some young children but it was fine for an older child, she thinks it's funny and she hurries to make her better. I will warn you, this baby can be a little annoying after awhile if your patience level is low but it doesn't bother me much. I am glad my daughter chooses to turn her off sometimes while she's playing with her. Also, it's nice she can be turned off while my daughter sleeps with her at night, it also saves the batteries. Overall, I think the doll is cute, cuddly and it keeps her entertained for quite some time. It more than met our expectations. It made her birthday very happy.
