CR from CA is totally wrong. This game is backlit and if you're not finished with a game, just put it down and walk away. It will shut off automatically and when you touch the screen you can resume where you left off. For 20 bucks you can't go wrong.

This game was a huge disappointment. It is practically unusable as there is no backlight and it is very hard to see the numbers. Also, there is no memory function as described. It will not save an unfinished game and allow you to go back to it.

I ordered 2 games. One was almoust ok, the other one came damaged & after exchange I received a damaged game again ($20.00 are now in garbage). Cheap design; you cannot view a result of your game for more then 3 seconds. I would suggest MSRP $5.99 and don't recommend to buy this game.

This is not worth the money - i cannot see the 'backlight' - if you hold at a certain angle all you see is 88888's...my old Etch-a-Scetch is way more better!

i love the quality and the safety and size, you cant go wrong.

After just over a month of use the backlight feature has died and it is very difficult to see anything without that light. Loved it until this happened and now it is worthless.

Poor display....hard to read. Back light is a joke. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! TOOK THREE WEEKS FOR SHIPPING AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT IT RETAILS FOR $99.99

This is complete junk there is no way it was originally $99 dollars. Do NOT purchase my unit did not even work.

It sure does come in handy when you are waiting and you can turn off the sound so as not to bother anyone. The only feature I had a problem with is the saved information screen, high score etc...

This is hours of fun!! perfect for a stocking stuffer.

I really like this game. The screen is bright and the numbers are easy to see. It saves the game if you have to pause for a short time or even for a week.

I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I have had a lot of fun playing it. The one thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have an on/off switch so if you just barely touch the screen it turns on. If you have started a game and it gets turned on it starts timing you and if you are trying to beat previous times it ruins it. I do like though how easy it was to use. the stylus is fun to use also. All in all I really do like the hand held sudoku game.

It's very easy to use and much better quality than one I had purchased elsewhere for nearly the same price.

Sudoku is a great little game and this handheld version is such fun. It's easy to use, although the directions aren't very clear. I like it because I can pause when I need to and then continue the game later. The game turns off automatically, saving my game until later. It's nice to be able to turn the sound off. The only drawback is that, in some light, the screen reflects and is difficult to see, but this usually can be corrected by changing the angle of view. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to learn Suduko, as well as people who are experienced in playing the game.

This game is a piece of junk. Was given as a gift and screen didn't work after 2 days of minimal use. Don't even waste ur time with it.

I bought this game from overstock.com. The LCD display is not visible if I hold the game straight in front of me. I have to hold it more than 45 deg slanting to see the numbers. The backlight works fine.. I guess there is some problem with the LCD display angle... or perhaps my piece was faulty. I checked the picture in the website. The LCD is a bit dimmer. But my display is even dimmer and too feeble to see. I don't know if I can get an exchange for a good piece.

I found the screen difficult to read - you have to hold it at the right angle to see the numbers clearly. Also, the battery cover has a tiny screw in it. If you took this on vacation, you'd have to bring a teeny tiny screwdriver to change the battery. Not very practical.

Great for when you are travelling or waiting for an appointment..it made a great stocking stuffer!

Worth money to buy it. Bough for my children as holiday gift and they play it every day. I guess they like it.
