Well made, however, doesn't secure bikes very well without using lots of bungee cords. The strapping system that it comes with is very inadequate. Otherwise it is strong and pretty easy to use. I will modify mine to add wheel channels to more securely hold the tires since they now rest on the 1" metal beam and can slip off.

it is an okay product, not really knowing what to expect, we were fairly satisfied. We don't use a bike rack that often so it is sufficient for us
