  I have used these before on very cold days for downhill skiiing. They really take the edge off of the cold when the temps are close to zero. These used to have just a few strips of adhesive and the design has changed so that the whole back is adhesive. They stay put a lot better while sliding my foot into my ski boot.

  The pants seemed to fit great but this is definitely made for a guy with a big gut - I'm going to have to take it in for my husband. We bought an XL so it would fit comfortably in the legs with sweats on underneath, but its huge up top! He doesn't really care but it does get bulky underneath his coat when he's outside shoveling snow.

  My son - the athlete - was thrilled. At first he doubted that his old dad could come up with something that would be comfortable, and yet fit the bill. He loved these --shorts and they have worn well, wash after wash.
