I bought this for my husband and I was really excited when I found it as they are normally twice the price for the weight. I bought it just in time for it to come for his birthday and I was also really excited about that. The day it was supposed to arrive it never came and it was getting really late in the day. I went online and I checked UPS and they said that it was returned by sender, but it was not. I had to deal with a whole mess with UPS to find out that the box got so damaged due to bad packaging that they refused to send it to my house and said that it would be best if they sent it back. I took my chances and I reordered the same thing. It arrived a week later in pretty beat up condition. They took large metal objects and shoved it into a box with no other padding, so when it was pushed against anything the box would rip open. Though the price was so good that I could not send it back and it turned out to be ok once it was put together, you couldn't notice the damage. I looked up the price other places and it was double. It is really good looking for a weigh bench and seems to be pretty high quality and hold the amount of weight that it claims. I'm really satisfied with the product I just wish there was more time put into the shipping.

This is a great weight bench, More then half the price of others. It takes a little less then 2 hours to put together, very easy to assemble. i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to everyone. great price, great quality.

First of all, the bench will be more bench than most lifters will ever need. With a 900lb capacity (including the lifter) my 265lb frame will probably never see the limit of this thing. So this could very well be the last bench press purposed bench I would ever need to purchase. The build quality is good. With all the reinforcement plates that are bolted to this thing, if you ever have the bench welded, this thing will last longer than your grandkids. That being said, I plan on entering my first competitive powerlifting meet next summer and can say the depth of the bar catches on the uprights is too much to maintain the tightness you want to keep during the lift off. A grinder will soon rememedy that problem The other thing is the vinyl is too slick. I know it's new, but with a tshirt on it's hard to set your upper back for the lift without sliding around, losing your arch, and sense of stability. The cure for this was lifting chalk in the area of the bench where my upper back contacts the bench. The last problem I have with the bench is only because I'm tall. Because I'm tall, the bench height is a little low for me and it's hard to maintain contact with my glutes when I'm using leg drive to maintain my arch for the lift. But even with all that, I'm still completely satisfied with the purchase. The bench wasn't custom made for me and my specific purpose and goals with the Bench Press, so the things I consider flaws aren't really problems with the marketing or manufacture of the bench. It's a great bench and as i previously stated, unless you are a serious competitive powerlifter, I doubt you will find fault with this bench if your goal is to bench press heavy weights and can look past the fact it wasn't built specifically for you. And one last word of praise: I got the free shipping. I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered by FRIDAY!
