I'm really starting to enjoy this product and overall pleased with the work out. I've had one home gym before this one and wanted an upgrade. Shipment was quick and the guy delivered it right to where i needed it. As far as assemble goes it took me approximately six hours alone to build. I'd recommend setting everything you'd want underneath (if any) before beginning as the thing gets heavy when moving alone and it pretty much stays where you assembled it give or take a few budge/minor tweaks.

Bought this and delivery was fine and helpful. System was in a million pieces so I had to hire a professional to put it together at $350 for 10 hours and it is still too loose in parts to be safe to use. All that I hoped to gain in savings was more than lost in having to get someone with knowledge to put this together and it still is not OK and it is weeks and we are unable to use it. I am hoping to get someone else to try and tighten it for use. I think that it would be best to purchase from a store that puts an item like this together with delivery.
