  • shoddy hardware

    Although this brand is also sold in major sporting goods stores, i would not recommend it. The quality of the hardware used for installation was poor. Several bolts snapped or didnt fit properly. We hired a quality contractor to complete the installation so we are disappointed in the quality of this product overall. In addition, the directions are written poorly e.g translated literally from Chinese to American English. It remains to be seen if the product functions properly after the installation.

  • We are enjoying the hoop!

    Even though there was a manufacturing defect, I am impressed with the speed it was resolved. We called about the backboard at the end of the week and by Tuesday of the following week we had a new one, no questions asked. Thank-you for the fast response to the problem. I would definitely recommend Overstock to others.
