We are enjoying the hoop!
Even though there was a manufacturing defect, I am impressed with the speed it was resolved. We called about the backboard at the end of the week and by Tuesday of the following week we had a new one, no questions asked. Thank-you for the fast response to the problem. I would definitely recommend Overstock to others.
- How accurate was the sizing? Everything was as we expected.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? There was a problem with the backboard not being attached to the frame.
