Changed my life! I am a lawyer and I spend at least 8-9 hours a day on email and writing/reviewing documents on my computer. A friend recommended this and after doing some research, I purchased this six weeks ago. I was worried about typing and reading- not at all a problem at all on either front. I started out during the first couple of days at about 1.6 mph and now am at 2 mph. I can read and type without any issues at all. It does not effect talking on the phone either. I am averaging about 5-7 miles per day without even thinking about it and feel so much better than when I was sitting all day. The electronic desk movement (up and down) is key- I wouldn't buy one without that feature. My only "complaint" is that the desk height controls are in the middle of the hand rest on the desk so occasionally I accidentally hit it but it's not a big deal. Just strange that they didn't put that feature out of the way with the other controls. I absolutely love this product and wish I'd been using it sooner!
