Bought these 3 bags for overnights for my triplet grandchildren who are not quite 3. They are too young to completely grasp the concept of getting inside a sleeping bag, but I believe the bags will work fine, especially since they will be used on a sofa bed. It was lazy grandma's solution to bedding. I don't know who could get these bags rolled back up and into their carrying bag--not me, that's for sure. For genuine outdoor use, the potential consumer had better read the reviews of someone else. They served my needs.
- How accurate was the sizing? Sleeping bags large enough for 3-year-olds so satisfied my need.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I can't really judge the quality of these sleeping bags for outdoor and/or cold weather situations. Haven't and won't try out those situations.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? As far as I could tell.
We bought these bags for the occasional camping trip - 2X per year. They are perfect for late spring through fall in our Blue Ridge mountain area. I have found other inexpensive bags but they all have the slick polyester lining which makes my kids sweat then end up cold during the night. I would prefer a cotton/flannel lining but the lining in these bags is soft to the touch. A good compromise. We will use these for many years to come and probably send the kids off to college with them!
