I had a synthetic leather tourpack of exackly the same design by another manufacturer that was wearing out after years of use. I had paid over $300 ten years ago for the synthetic tour pack so I was skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with the quality of this item. The only downside is the method of attachment is not indicated with a direction sheet, and it took me a while to figure out the best way to attach it to my bike.

A little stiff when you first get it but overall great. The option of taking it apart and using the different parts for different applications is a nice option.

This is a well made bag from thick cowhide. Have seen the same bag at bike shows for 299.00 so the price is good also. On a cross country trip we did have to buy small shock cords to keep the five small pouches closed. The Velcro couldn't hold due to the stiffness of the leather. The main elastic strap didn't fit over the stock passenger backrest so there was some cutting and modifications needed. Also needed to make a liner bag for the main compartment to haul things in and out of motels. Originally thought as with previous bags that we would remove at the end of the day to take in the motel. But after using the ties and straps to secure it, a removable liner worked better than having to take the unit on and off each day. Can't tell you how it holds up against the rain as we have not had that experience. My guess would be it's better to be safe than sorry and wrap things in plastic. With over ten thousand miles on it, other than a broken plastic clip for the strap, it looks like the day we took it out of the box. It has held up well. Overall this is a good product, a good value made in Taiwan.

I bought this leather motorcycle tour pack as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It looked just like the pictures shown. Very happy with the product. Very durable!

Nice bag for the money... Needed a bag large enough for a weekend trip and this one works just fine.Good quality leather at under $100.00 was a good find. The small bag is not very user friendly because the flap does not open very wide..but is good for small items.There are better bags out there if money is no object.Overall good buy...I am satisfied.

We were very pleased with the leather motorcycle tour pack. We found it easy to install, even without directions. It does not sit well on the concave rack, but we were still able to secure it without the use of extra chords or straps. We had no problem fitting the lower unit over the seat back. In fact, the flap covering the straps acted like a lumbar cushion, which made our long ride much more enjoyable. There is ample room in all compartments. In all, a great value.

The bag came in very handy for my trip. It had plenty of space for my things and was quite easy to mount and dismount the seperate bags. I paid extra for faster shipping and was pleased that it arrived on time. My issues are that it did not fit on my backrest because the backrest is wider then normal. So if you do not have a narrow backrest, you may not want this bag. I had to force it to fit and use extra straps to hold it on. Also, the strap clasps are plastic and broke when I tightened it. This is a big engineering flaw to me. I was able to workaround it without anything extra, but I could not tighted the straps as much as I would have liked.

Great luggage for a great price!Bags are a little smaller than others I have looked at but well made very nice.

Got some compliments on this when it was on the bike....got caught in the rain and all items inside were still dry...top bag leather is still too stiff and only small items fit in it a little at a time....but stll holds a LOT and overall a great traveler !

Bought this as a gift for someone, but the person hasn't had any problems with the item. Looks great on the bike!

I was very pleased with the tour pack although the barrel pack does have a small opening. Fits well on the 2001 Yamaha Classic 1100 and with the bag set toward the driver makes for a nice back rest. Price was $20.00 cheaper than I found for the same online and 35.00 cheaper than a comparable type at a local bike shop.
