I was excited at the price and the picture of this toy kitchen, but when "santa" went to set it up on xmas eve we realized it was not at all what we expected. You have to punch all the pieces of plastic out of molds - it probably took at least 2 hours to put together. In the end, it was small (most fake food and dishes don't fit in it) and it was flimsy. Our kids rarely play with it and we're getting a new play kitchen for our 2-yr-old's birthday this month because this one just didn't make the grade. Don't get me wrong - most of the time I love Overstock and have good luck, but this time it was a lemon.

I have been dreaming of a pink Christmas for my 2 1/2 year old. The set is for ages 8 up but we play kitchen together so I decided to take a chance with this set that it would be ok for her and I am so glad I did. The tea set will be more decoration until she is old enough to play with it but the pans are more perfect than I could of imagined them to be. I can not wait for her to wake up christmas morning to a pink retro kitchne and pink pots and pan a little girl dream come true. Not to mention the pans look like they could be used to cook real food with. Quality of the pans is almost better than my own pots and pans.

This was an ideal kitchen set for my 2-year old daughter who is just getting into pretend-play and loves to mimic us. I love how this kitchen set has all the major components of a kitchen that she's familiar with. The overall structure is sturdy, and the doors close tightly. The only drawback is that the paint around the corners either came off easily during assembly, which was quite laborious, or it chipped during the shipping process. Either way, the paint seems to come off easily, so it would have been nice if it came with some touch-up paint.

I gave this to my 2 year old grandaughter. It took my son 21/2 hours to put it together, with her help! It's a little too "tall" for her, but it's reccomended for age 3 years and up. I'm sure she will get a lot of play time with it. It is sturdy, and the "noises" the burners make are original and fun.

this one is in good price, its quality is just ok. I spend more than 2 hours to build it up. it is unstable if you put it at one side of the wall. so I decide to place it at the corner. Fortunately it seems more stable then. Overall it is fine compared with its price. My daughter like it.

We got this product for our 2-year-old. We put it together Christmas Eve and did not plan on spending 2.5 hours putting it together. I figured it would take an hour, tops. That was really the only down-side to the purchase. My daughter loves it and has been cooking up a storm! :)

Yes, its a great toy and has stood up to lots of use so far. However, its sold at numerous 'big box' store for significantly less. Currently, $xx from the xxxx with free shipping... So shop around. Oh and it took me about 2 hours to put together by myself, you've got to snip all the little plastic pieces apart.

When the package arrived, I was a little surprised to see how small the box was. I thought these came fully assembled. Nope. They are really cute once you get them put together. However, they are a little flimsy. For the price, you would pretty much expect that. I'll see how well they stand up to a 2 year old, but I'm not expecting great things! As for the other reviewer's comment on the hot dog, Spot on! I threw out all the provided food items. They are dangerously small.

Santa brought this to my 2 year old daughter for Christmas last year. I bought it extra early so my husband would have plenty of time to put it together. We love it. We've had it for 8 months now and it still looks and works great. There are plenty of doors to open and put stuff in and out of, which she loves to do. The burners make a cute sound. It fits nicely in the corner of her bedroom and does not take up too much room. She plays with it daily. Check xxxxx first before buying, they have it for about $xx less like the other poster mentioned.

When the box arrived it was banged up and open. I was skeptical as to if all the pieces were there. After carefully removing all the contents and going over the parts list it was all there and nothing broken or lost. Putting it together was not a simple as it appeared. You must follow the directions exactly! Do not skip ahead or you will be taking it apart and stating over. All the pieces are plastic and on a grid of parts and lettered. It goes together more smoothly if you try to remove all the plastic connectors. The doors to the appliances will close better. I used an assortment of small clippers to get off the nubs. Scissors won't do it. It is plastic and we will have to see how long it holds up to an active 2 yr old. If she is still into it we will invest in something larger and better made. All in all my grand daughter loved it as well as her older siblings. She gets a big kick out of the boiling water/ sizzling sounds of the burners. Certainly a chef in the making!

For thicker smoothies and drinks that still contain fruit pulp, however, blenders will work well. Read on for tips on using your food blender as a juicer for a variety of fruits.
