Much smaller than it looks in the photo--and you can't step on it even though it's called "Steps Music".It's not a pad that you place on the floor but a little thing that you hold in your hand. It makes lots of sounds though.

I gave this to a one-year old who loves music, and he went crayz over this musical toy. I recommend it to any child.

I bought this for our 6mos.old grandson for Xmas. He loves it. He pulls the little doors and makes music and also leans on it and it plays. I would recommend this toy.

I ordered 2 of these for two granddaughters aged 9 months and 14 months for Christmas. They were both delighted with them and played with them a lot. Very easy for them to pull and push the flaps back and forth and always a new sound or song played. They danced with delight to the music! I would definitely recommend this toy to others for younger children. Also, the toy is totally self-contained; no loose parts to pick up which is a plus.
