Haven't been disappointed yet
The only issue was some of the bags were torn and then wrapped around the pallet, so if you are not paying attention, you will have bark everywhere. I'm using this to go around my flower beds, instead of a playground. I'm trying to get out of the business of having to change the wooden bark down either every year or every other year. On the bag, it states good up to 12 years. I compare this product to the one on Amazon and found it cheaper here. Especially since I am a O member and shipping was free. It was worth the membership fee just for the shipping.
- How accurate was the sizing? I'm assuming it was correct.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I have just ordered my third pallet. So far, it is holding up.

Got less mulch than expected/ordered
Ordered this rubber mulch because of the lower price advertised here, but was "penalized" 50 pounds of mulch for oversized delivery. It is advertised as 2000 lbs of mulch, but I only received 1950 lbs. Fro the price, it would have been cheaper to go to a local store and purchase (I priced it here), even if you have to make more than one trip. You will ge tthe same product. Also came in with some metal wires in a few of the bags, as the product is made from recycled car tires. Not exactly safe for small children if you get a wire stuck in your hand like I did while handling a bag. Very disapointed in what I received. The mulch is advertised for playgrounds, but is more suitable for putting around your trees. I must say though that the cushion provided is better than sand and wood mulch. Its worth buying, but with the understanding that it is overprized and they will not send you what they are offering. Once it is dropped off, you will not want to send it back because of the hassle.

Great Product
I did make 2 different purches for this product. I ordered the same item number and the colors were different even though it was the same item number. I was disappointed but we mixed the 2 batches and all turned out fine.
