The thermals were lightweight, so you could move around easily, and they keep you very warm. These are perfect to wear outside when doing any activity.

I am not sure what the problem is with those type of bottoms. I bought two from OS.com and both have fly issues [fly does not keep "things" in place- it's loose enough that "things" keep on falling out constantly- very annoying]. This one is not as bad as the eco friendly bamboo one. I have two others not from here [comfortech], same size and all and no problem whatsoever with the fly staying closed. So I would just warn that though they are comfortable the do not keep the goods in place while other brands do.
