    When I received my bike in a large shipping box. I thoroughly have check for all the parts. Installed all the parts in less than 2 hours. Rode tested the bike with the best result. It handles very well in all types roads such as; asphalt, concrete, sands and the trail. Shifting the gears from low to high is a breeze. I highly recommend the bicycle for a bike enthusiast like me.

  • accident and no response from Overstock

    one month ago, I almost had an accident. I was riding a bike which I bought only about 50 days ago at Overstock and it stopped without my intention. I fell down on the road. The rear wheel never moved. Fortunately, there was not a car following me so a big accident did not happened but I had to call a van to bring the bike to home. Next day, I went to a bike repair shop and found that rear wheel was unusable because the hub was stuck. During less than two months, I rode it about five times. How can it be old and broken? The engineer said the design originally has a problem. So, I asked Overstock to return it about one month ago but they don't still respond about it.
