The pieces to the bike came as expected. However, the assembly instructions and accompanying pictures were awful: Unclear, hard-to-follow, and not helpful. You need to know how to put a bike together to get this one assembled. The disc brake (front) which is a unique feature, is difficult to understand and nearly impossible to assemble at home without someone who knows how disc brakes should go. After we and the neighbors (who mountain bike every week) finally got the bike assembled (about 5 hrs of time) the front tire tube exploded and came out of the tire in the first week of riding (factory inflated). We are sorely disappointed in the bike and do NOT recommend it. Spend more on a bike and get better quality and better pictures/text written in English, not translated. We HOPED this would be a good starter mountain bike, but in the end, did get what we paid for: Not much... : (

Bike is just crappy quality, shifts terrible, brakes terrible, makes all types of noises, and one the brake shoes fell off and i maybe put 20 miles on the bike, extremely disappointed.

The bike was delivered promptly and needed very little assembly. I ride ligth trails and street. The bike is light enough for me but I would recommend a seat upgrade. Gears shift easy with the Shimono smoothness.
