J Fit Premium 8-piece Vinyl Kettlebell Set
I have been using free weights for over 20 years and decided to try some kettlebells. I purchased the J fit vinyl 8 set. This set was delivered in great shape. The quality of the vinyl is very good. The size of the handles are just right. The colors are beautiful. Have been using them for some time now and have already seen a difference in my muscle strength. My endurance and strength has improved and certianly my coordination is better. Free weights build big muscles that look good but these kettlebells do something that is better for your all around health. It has occured to me that Kettlebells are a weight swinging exercise that really binds muscle groups together in an aerobic and anaerobic combo. I now do about 50 / 50 free weights and KBs. All the different sizes are very much used also. Being a experienced free weight lifter I have discovered many new exercises for the KBs other then the standard KB exercises. Very happy with this new powerhouse building tool. chuckeg
