This is my second inversion table. The first is at my other home. I was nervous about ordering a cheap product this time around (my first one was very expensive), but since I already had one I really didn't want to invest the same kind of money. This is a great product. The assembly directions stink, but if you can put most things together you can do this one through trial and error. That was really the only down side of the product. I cut a deal with my husband and it was put together in 1 and 1/2 hours. It is very comfortable, VERY stable, and easy to use and change heights. The ankle restraints are wonderfully easy, quick on and off, and very strong. This product does not in any way feel cheap or flimsy, but strong and well-built.You will have to play around with the strap that changes the heights to get your perfect height adjustment. (This is true of all inversion tables.) Although I am only 5,4", I am using it at 5'8, because it gives me a lot more control. What you want to be able to do is raise your arms, and as you begin to raise them the table starts to decline. When you put your arms back to your sides you should return to starting position. It is great for back problems and gives you a nice stretch! I hop on and off it about 5 times a day for (about) 1 minute stints. That seems to be all my back needs.
