This is my second inversion table. The first is at my other home. I was nervous about ordering a cheap product this time around (my first one was very expensive), but since I already had one I really didn't want to invest the same kind of money.This is a great product. The assembly directions stink, but if you can put most things together you can do this one through trial and error. That was really the only down side of the product. I cut a deal with my husband and it was put together in 1 and 1/2 hours. It is very comfortable, VERY stable, and easy to use and change heights. The ankle restraints are wonderfully easy, quick on and off, and very strong. This product does not in any way feel cheap or flimsy, but strong and well-built.You will have to play around with the strap that changes the heights to get your perfect height adjustment. (This is true of all inversion tables.) Although I am only 5,4", I am using it at 5'8, because it gives me a lot more control. What you want to be able to do is raise your arms, and as you begin to raise them the table starts to decline. When you put your arms back to your sides you should return to starting position. It is great for back problems and gives you a nice stretch! I hop on and off it about 5 times a day for (about) 1 minute stints. That seems to be all my back needs.

Not only did I receive the best price on this product, as I checked every vendor around, the quality of the product is great, I have many friends with different (and more expensive) versions, and this one is by far one of the nicest! Not quite that easy to assemble on your own, and I am quite handy and do alot of my own remodeling, but if you have someone available to help at the end, it only takes about 1/2 hour. Love my product, and it delivers just like Overstock did!!

I ordered this product in April 2010 and it serves it's purpose well. It is sturdy, inverts completely and the strap limits the angle as it is supposed to for exercise. The only thing is that the T handle for the ankle fastner broke during shipment and that is not a problem as it is just as easy to grab what it goes into and fasten the ankles in.

This was my first time with Overstock. I actually ordered a less expensive Ironman Gravity 1000 (5201), but Overstock upgraded me free to this one. It's a superb machine and I was happily surprised at the quality. Love it. Easy to assemble. Took less than 30 minutes (and I took my time). Works great (kids love it too - so I have to get them away). Overstock is great - will be using them again. I bought this because I have 3 bulging discs in my neck (one bad enough to be causing nerve issues). This has helped already. I love it.

I purchases this inversion table because of a back problem. I am amazed that Overstock shipped it for so little. The product is great. My only complaint is that one of the plastic ends that fit on the foot brace was completely broken into tiny pieces. Maybe it happened in shipping, but this thing is way to heavy to send back for that little part. It did not affect the use of the table. Otherwise, it is very sturdy. I am 6'4" and weigh 210lbs. No problems.

This product I highly recommend if you suffer from chronic back pain. Easy to adjust for multiple users. Comfortable. Very relaxing. If you have a jacuzzi, I recommend going in the jacuzzi then hang for about 10 minutes in few minute intervules. I do this and I do not wake up with back pain that I have been suffering from for 15 years. When I don't hang, I wake with back pain. Totally stretches stomach musules as well! Love this!!! Wish I had time to stay on it more that a few minutes a day.

Bought this for my husband as a gift. We are happy with the product, it is well made, easy to put together so long as you don't get ahead of yourself. You must follow the directions. His back started feeling better almost immediately. I would recommend this product.

It was everything I hoped and expected after reading the reviews. Very easy to put together and works very well. After 3 weeks my back feels great.

I wasn't really sure what to expect at this price point, but other reviews allayed my fears. The inversion table is very sturdy, comfortable and works well. I would have paid much more for the same product. The only thing that takes a bit of getting used to is the height calibration. You want to be able to control the table just by moving your arms--and not go flying backwards, either. I've found that it should be set 1-2 inches above a person's actual height. I don't know if this is because everyone who's tried it is heavy for their weight (I wouldn't think this is the case) or if it's because one tends to slide upward as the smallest part of the ankle settles in the clamps. Also, even when it's adjusted, the foot bar is a little too far from the ankle clamps (I stand on my toes to lock myself in), which may affect the balancing as well.

I am quite pleased with this inversion table. The quality is exceptional. It is heavy, though, so it is not very mobile. Also, it is easier to have someone around to help put it together at some stages.

Great Product , Well Built and easy to assemble. Everything I expected and more.

This is a MUCH BETTER unit than many we saw at the store for twice the price. Assembly takes a bit of thinking, but most will handle with no problems. This is DEFINITELY a well-built sturdy unit. Very stable, yet it can fold up and put in the closet. Trying to find the "balancing point" takes time, and although my wife and I are the same height, the balancing point is vey different. Ankle "holders" could be a bit wider, but they are padded. Well worth the money.

I've had this product for about 3 weeks and am hooked on it. It's very solid and stable for me (150 lbs) ; and my father (225 lbs.) tried it and received great performance from it as well. I had been visiting my chiropractor about every 2 weeks. Since using this, I was able to go 4 weeks between visits. It took me (46-yr-old female) about 90 minutes to assemble without a problem...just take your time and don't rush it.

The inversion bed is great! It helps back pain and just relieves stress. It is comfortable, sturdy, and easy to use. Everything it is touted to be.

This table is made well and easy to assemble. The platform is padded, unlike some models which are molded plastic. Everything is adjustable.
