I LOVE this table and I love hanging! It is very well made, I never feel that I might fall out, etc. Easy to put together, easy to use once you get the hang of it, no pun intended. I am still in the beginning stages of hanging, much like the picture, but plan to let it down some more this week. You do have to take time getting used to it. After two hangs, my eyesight improved! Benefits of blood to the brain! And my back feels much better. I tell all my friends about it.

This is the best thing I have ever bought for my back! I started slow going 3-5 minutes at the beginning, now I am up to 7 minutes!
