Recieved my table in less than a week. Very easy to assemble and no complicated directions. I have had two back surgeries on my L5 disk. Instead of having a fusion surgery, I went through about 4 mos of spinal decompression treatments. Very expensive and no insurance will cover that. The table has allowed me to strech out and get some relief from sciatic pain. I have been able to tolerate about 10 min at a time. This isn't an instant cure, but more of a maintenance type treatment. I had a lot of pain and difficulty walking before getting started with this table. Things are getting better, and I use the table daily. Good value for the money.

I LOVE this table and I love hanging! It is very well made, I never feel that I might fall out, etc. Easy to put together, easy to use once you get the hang of it, no pun intended. I am still in the beginning stages of hanging, much like the picture, but plan to let it down some more this week. You do have to take time getting used to it. After two hangs, my eyesight improved! Benefits of blood to the brain! And my back feels much better. I tell all my friends about it.

I had been contemplating the purchase of a similar table in the past but when I recently injured my back, this buy was a no-brainer! The table magically appeared at my home in less than 48 hours and was a snap to assemble. This device has literally changed my pain and agony into something manageable and, used several times a day, has helped to correct my problem. I am a huge fan....

This is the best thing I have ever bought for my back! I started slow going 3-5 minutes at the beginning, now I am up to 7 minutes! My back does not hurt when I get up any longer in the morning like it used too! I am really glad I bought this table. It was kind of strange putting it together, but I figured it out and its great! Overstock did it again ~ Thank you.

Can we say wow.. Very happy w/ this purchase that was made.. My lower back as well as my husbands were killing us and going to the chiropractor every week is rather expensive.. The chiropractor was the one that advised us into purchasing this item. It works wonders .. I lay on the table for about 15 minutes every other day *not completely upside down* but just enough to align my spinal cord. I have never felt better no more aches and pains.. Thanks again Overstock this purchase was well worth the money !!!

The assembly was a bit confusing at first only because the instructions listed many washers, nuts and bolts that were not included and were not necessary. A phone call to the manufacturer cleared that up. This is a sturdy unit and the balance is highly sensitive. It just takes some experimentation to get the settings correct for each user. And it makes a difference if you're wearing footgear. And it works well. My back feels better after only a few uses so I will continue to use the unit. My sweetheart is just under 5 foot tall and I am 6 foot but we both are enjoying our progress. At this time we only use it for about 4 to 5 minutes at a stretch (no pun intended) but will extend the time as we move on. All in all I am pleased with this purchase.

I received my table 2 days ago and it took less than 30 mintues to set up. Yes I did sort of follow the directions but the picture was the most help. The ankle/foot assembly was the most confusing and getting the bolt thru that spring was a test of my skills! I was missing one nut for a bolt but a run out to the garage solved that problem.I've used the table and am very happy with the feel of it and how my back and hips feel after using it. As I'd read in other reviews it is a bit tough on the feet but I find wearing shoes when I use it solves that issue as well. My chiropractor said she loves them IF you don't have high blood pressure or other circulation problems (which I don't). I think this table is comparible to the more expensive model for $100 more.I was SHOCKED how fast it arrived and no big freight delivery hang up, it just showed up on my deck as any other package does! I was thrilled, it arrived less than a week after I ordered it. But then I rave about Overstock.com anyway.Thanks everyone for their reviews as all of them helped me decide this was the correct one to order!

Table works fine easily broke down tor storing. There was a part broken in shipping but the company replaced it right away. That's why I only game duribilty 4 stars. It is as good or better as any others I've seen. Good customer service at the manufacturer.

My husband uses it almost daily. Working on our farm causes him to experience occassional low back pain, this product helps relieve his symptoms. It is built sturdy, easy to use. When it arrived, one of the foot nobs were broken. I called the company and they immediately sent a new one. We have been very pleased.

Very nice table. The only problem, so far, is a missing rivet on the main frame. Easy to put together if you do NOT read the directions. Who wrote those, anyway? The processing and shipping was extremely fast. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received the table. Once we use the table for awhile, we will be back to let you know whether we believe it actually helps back problems.

The product is a treat for anyone who likes to play hard and work smart. The price was low andthe product very easy to assemble. Although the install instructions look intimidating it isvery easy to assemble this since the manufacturer has pre-assembled all the little componentsand we just need to put together perhaps a dozen parts together and we got done putting thisone together in less than 30 mins.Price - Very cheap considering the aggravation of daily back pain.Rating- 350 lbs which makes this a very sturdy piece with rugged constructionSafety- High as the tether holds it safely and this one is smooth to controlwith hand / slight ankle pressure. 100% inversion is questionableand that can come without tether mechanism but that would pose ahuge safety issue. So going by the book.I started using it for 2 mins and gradually incresed time to 8 mins currently.Back does not pop anymore due to low back stiffness for years and trustingall kinds of quacks who did not have any solution.Relief was immediate and I can feel the spine loosening daily. This is the motherof all stretches but I have to now figure how to stengthen the back muscles(Likeperhaps an ABS machine etc,.).I sleep longer/deeper due to elimination fatigue caused by back pain.Strongly recommend the product where they have done a 95% bang up jobin engineering it. Only drawback is in the plastic insert to adjust the heightand that can get stuck and is not very convenient to operate.To really enjoy it you gotta have it and buy it at overstock as price is rightwith super fast shipping.Good Luck

great product!! fast ship!! needed for christmas and arrived in plenty of time; assembly instructions were a little scary at first glance, but almost all the pieces were together and we just needed to follow 5 simple steps with only one bolt assembly...i would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase an inversion therapy table...great value and product!!

This is a really great inversion table. Very sturdy. It wasn't hard to put together either. very good quality for the price. It's really helping both my husband's & my back.

My husband had been complaining about his back pain most of the summer. I bought the table for him and he is amazed at the relief it brought him. I have dance classes and my hips hurt at times. I tried it and the pain went away. It really works!

My husband fell twice and injured his back. He had two discs out of place and the soft membrane between was squished out. This was visible on an MRI.He was in pain and needed to wear a back brace to get through the day. We feared back surgery was in his future. We purchased this inversion therapy table. He began inverting thirty degrees every day, twice a day, for ten minutes- as per the instructions. About a month later he is much improved. He has put away the back brace, takes no pain medication, and has been able to mow our lawn without difficulty. A recent trip to his orthopedic surgeon and a new MRI show his spine is now complete aligned and the soft membrane does not squish out! We are firm believers in the value of this item. It is easy to use, comfortable, and absolutely amazing!

I had periodic difficulty with sciatica pain and decided to try inversion therapy. After several months of use I can only say that the results have been terrific. The table itself is well made and sturdy. The assembly instructions were limited but I really didn't need them to put it together. Inversion itself has worked very well for me. Since I began using it I have not had any sciatica pain or discomfort. I use the table every other day for only a few minutes and it is great. Of course getting used to being upside down takes a little time and the pressure it puts on your feet and ankles requires some good foot protection but otherwise this product was well worth it. Arrived fast, went together easily. It is durable and works well. Family members have wanted to try it out for their back issues as well. I am very pleased with this inversion table.
