I just received this a couple days ago and put it together in about 45 minutes with my husband. The directions are rather vague, but it's pretty easy if you just look at the pictures. It's heavy to move around, which proves that it is a very sturdy machine, but not good if you have a bad back. In the manual it states a 350 pound weight limit, which is great compared to other inversion tables on the market. The ankle holders are all foam. This was a bit confusing because in the pictures they show ankle brackets. I like the foam though, so that is not a problem for me. I feel safe and comfortable while I am inverting. I had a lifegear table prior to this and the ankle brackets were very uncomfortable. This is a much better machine and I would highly recommend it. I am already feeling the back pain relief. The price can't be beat for the quality of the product. Shipping and handling can't be beat either!

I did quite a bit of research on inversion tables in this price range. I chose this one because it has a solid back, molded ankle holders, and it folds up. So, I made the purchase and crossed my fingers. Now that I have been using it for a few weeks I am certain that I made the best choice. It was not hard to assemble like many other reviews who bought other brands have mentioned. The solid back is very comfortable, and I use the lumbar pillow for added comfort. It does not fold up very much, and is not easy to move on carpet, but that is a matter of friction and has nothing to do with this well made machine. It is a very solid device, and I have no worries of malfunction or getting hurt. The recommendations for use that comes with the manual are conservative and make sense. The molded ankle holders are very comfortable. Many reviewers of other tables talk about the discomfort of the rollers, and the need to wear boots or to buy additional gravity boots to use in place of the rollers. Not the case here. In fact, I often use it without shoes, and I find that I don't have to tighten the ankle holders to a point of discomfort. The release is very easy to opperate as well. I can't think of one complaint, and... I highly recommend this product,

Lowest price around; received quickly and was easy to put together if you use your own tools (the wrench provided is a little too manual for me). Great buy and really enjoying it. Has helped circulation and back compression already.

The Inversion Therapy table has been really good for the back pain I tend to suffer. Assembling the table is best done by reading the manual and then throwing it away. It is easy to put together with common sense. Using the table is a pleasure and makes my back feel better.

This is a fantastic inversion table for the price. It's a lot easier to assemble than the manual makes it look like at first, and all the tools are provided. It's great quality, same type of product seen at pro gyms or physical therapists. The memory foam makes it very comfortable and it's safe to use. I would highly recommend it.

This is advertised as a 350 lb limit unit. All the literature limits the weight to 300 lb's. The instructional manual could use an overhaul on assembly instructions. The unit is faily easy to assemble though. At least once you figure out the 3 or 4 more main pieces. It is constructed of very durable material. The model # by the way is BT1000. Not just BT. Motion Fitness distributer.Final tally-Yes I would buy again. The 350-300 lb discrepency bugs me. I've got a real attitude about truth in advertising.

The table not only included the written manual on assembly but included a video segment on assembly as well. For me, the hardest part of the assembly was pushing the foam cushions into position on the ankle bar. The bar has an angle on it and the foam is dense so it took some cramming to fit the cushions fully into position. The directions do recommend spending a lot of time getting your height setting just right when you first use the machine; I was surprised at how quickly the table would invert you when the height setting was too short. It took me numerous times to find the correct height setting but once I found the one, the inversion is gentle and easy, and easy to reverse when you are ready. Because of the quick inversion if the setting is too short, I would recommend starting with a setting that is too long and keep adjusting down until you find the right one. I have not used an inversion table other than the EP500 so I have nothing to compare it to but the EP500 is comfortable on my ankles. It does fold for storage but it is still big, bulky, and pretty heavy for a female to move, though it is very easy to use. I have set it up in a corner of the guest room and don't intend to move it often.

After a lot of research I decided on this model. Not only did it have multiple stopping poistions (althought I would say saying there are 10 is a bit misleading as 5 of them are before you are flat on your back), it also had a nice height and weight range so the whole family could use it if needed. Assembly went well. My husband came down and assisted me so it would go quicker. Only took us about 30-minutes to get it together. Be warned, you must be good at translating Chineese/Japanse "translated" to English directions. There were a few oddities we had to stop and really look at to try and figure out what to do and what they were talking about. But it all worked out in the end! My unit was missing a side cap. There were instructions in the manual on getting replacement parts. I simply sent them an email and a new one is on its way out at no cost to me. The machine can certainly be used with out issue with the cap missing, but I wanted to be sure nothing got in there. So far it works great and we are enjoying it!

This item arrived via ups in a timely fashion. I was a bit apprehensive with all the parts , but managed to assemble the table within one hour by myself using my own basic tools. I did not use the tools that came with the unit. I was very impressed with the solid construction , design and ease of use. This table will fold up for storage, but try to find a semi -premanent place to use due to its 75lb weight. I wish an instructional dvd or a better exercise guide came with the table. I did have one minor broken part that was shipped with the unit. I got a replacement part shipped via U.S.P.S. priority mail within a couple of days after calling the 1-800 customer support number in the manual. The ankle support is firm and tight , but I would recommend wearing tennis shoes for added comfort. I'm begining to notice improvement with my chronic back pain after only 3 wks of use. My family and friends have tried the table and love it as well. I would highly recommend this table as an excellent value for the money.

This is my first inversion table I've owned. It doesn't work as easily as the more expensive brand I see on TV, but this works good. I wear my works boots when I use this to provide a bit more comfort for my feet. For my husband and I, we both can invert backwards and line up with the back frame. The only way we can get fully inverted is manually holding on to the frame and pulling / pushing backwards. It's very easy to make the height adjustments and foot rest adjustments. This seems to help more with our lower back pain and less with upper back pain. The first couple of times your back may feel more sore, but it's just the muscles adjusting and getting used to the table, much like the first few chiropractor visits. Overall it does help a lot with back pain. One easily removed pin and it folds up, but not flat enough to slide under a bed. I'm happy with the purchase. I'm amazed with Overstock and how fast they ship, even this rather large package, I ordered it Wednesday early morning, it shipped from CA and was at my door in TX in two days.
