Good Investment

cag127 from north carolina, Jul 20, 2008

This is a great piece of equipment. The instructions to put together are clear and I did it by myself in about 2 hours. The programmed workouts provide challenges at different levels so there should be something for everyone. This is the first time I've owned an eliptical trainer and I keep coming back for more. The stride is comfortable - I'm 5'9" with a long walking stride - and I can easily get into a good workout rhythm without losing the stride. I had thought about a membership at a local gym and am glad that I invested the money in this equipment at my home rather than the monthly fee at the gym with no assurance that equipment would be available. Glad I decided to make the investment.

Inertia Extended Stride Elliptical Trainer

I bought one of these about four weeks ago. Great machine. Workouts can be tough, depending on your level of fitness. Smooth operation.

almost as good as the one at the ymca

Burty from Minneapolis, MN, Jan 15, 2008

I was a skeptic that a home eliptical could be as durable and efficient as the ones found at health clubs, I was wrong. The multiple programs are awesome, they are very easy to use. I was surprised at how long it took to put together (3 hours) , but followed directions and had no problems, one person can do it but much easier for two as some of the pieces are pretty heavy. I cancelled my YMCA membership as a result of how happy I am with this machine. Love this thing.

Eliptical Trainer

Gazmo from Litteton, CO, Dec 23, 2007

We have a son that is a D1 college soccer player and he just told us he was impressed. It is not the same type of stride that they have in their training room, but it gave him a good workout. After all, there is a substatial difference between the equipment a D1 athlete has and what I need the eliptical trainer to do.
