    The item is not useable. It slides away from you when you pedal it. The straps do not have room for sneakers and without shoes my feet slide around too much. The resistance knob cannot be tightened, so there is no resistance when you pedal--arms or legs.

    I need a stationary bike to exercise my legs while seating at the desk working. I found this, and with with the O coupon I bought it. The only thing I do not like it the tension adjuster does not work therefore there is no real exercise. The digital meter suppose to measure the caloiries, etc,,,does not work.
