I have just placed an order for the CAP 110 barbell and dumbell set and I am aware that it is not an olympic size bar and weights. What I need to know now is if the diameter of the weight plates in the center large enough to fit this particular bench?

If I found the correct information on the Cap 110 barbell, it comes with a 5 feet long bar. The width of this is 43 inches so you will have 17 inches to put plates on.
