I would recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a decent piece of equipment to use at home. Easy to set up (took about 2 hours). Easy to use. Nice preprogrammed workout in intervals of 20, 30, and 45 minutes. The fan works great. The pace is easy. The resistance is rather remarkable. Only issue is it does not come with an AC adaptor for the screen.

This machine did require some assembly but my husband was able to put it together in just under an hour. I've been very pleased with it so far. The pre-programmed workouts are wonderful because they guide your speed and automatically change intensity so you get the most from your workout. The only problem I've found is when the incline is put on its highest setting, there is a loud "clanking" with each revolution from inside the wheel mechanism. Other than that it's a great machine, a little overpriced, but provides the user with an effective workout.
