I put this together by myself. I am a single 54 year old female. It wasn't hard to do by myself, but it would be easier with two people, which is what the instructions suggested. It is a nice heavy, quality product. I really like the padding on the table that you lay on. I just received mine this week so I haven't used it much yet. No matter how much I would try to stand up tall, I was starting to measure shorter in my height. I plan on using it everyday to help with my back and hips. You can feel the release of pressure off of your spine. I would highly recommend it and this was the BEST price anywhere!!!

The Ironman iControl 600 is built with an exceedingly strong steel frame with a scratch resistant powder coated finish. It has our unique ribbed Air Tech soft foam backrest that will firmly and evenly support the head and back while allowing air flow when inverting. The Revolutionary iControl Disk Brake System allows you to lock the backrest at any angle while inverting. The Ironman 600 inversion table will provide excellent stress and back relief and at the same time you will feel that you are in total control and safe while experiencing inversion therapy.
