not good I got this to use during my workouts. It is very inaccurate. It cant take a pulse when i am at rest. During a hard work out it shows heart rates in the 60s, not even close to right. It uses an optical sensor so you have to stop your work out, play with buttons and hold your finger over the sensor. If your finger is off just a small amount you must start over. I could never get it to read during a work out. It is cheap and useless. On the up side it does tell time.
