We are still filling it , so will come back for a new review on the tub itself...They delivery company and two young men that delivered were so polite and accommodating. They brought it in our screened in back porch from the alley entrance. They stayed and set it up got rid of all packing. Very nice young men and we were very very pleased.....only problem was getting to the manual which there is none...it's a CD...for all models....when Stan called Home and Garden Rep....they were no help and rather short on the phone....other than that we are very pleased so far.
first time spa owner, i found this spa i a box to be everything the manufacturer claimed. very easy to assemble and maintain. customer service was great, they held my hand thru the installation of the chemicals needed. only thing i would change would be ability to have a higher temperature, 104 is good but seems to me to be a bit low.
Okay so I bought this product May 30th. I wanted it to be a surprise for
my husband for Father's Day. I finally recieved the Sauna on June 13th.
Got it mounted on June 25th. To find out it wasn't working completely.
I tried several phone calls to the manufacture to see what the problem was.
There was a piece missing after calls and emails to manufacture. They sent
out the missing piece. Finally it is working great, So my husband and I have been
enjoying the Sauna since July 20th. It say's for 3-people but it feels kind of small.
But it is perfect for 2-people in my opinion. It has helped with my husband high blood
pressure. For the past 7 days it has been normal and he hasn't taken his meds.
He is more relaxed and energetic. Oh the insturctions are tricky but go on the web it gives
better details to how to mount it. But it is a great investment, no gym fees and it is in your home
to use when you want and have time.
I ordered my hot tub early march received it in the end of March and that was where my night mare began. The people who delivered it dropped it off the truck, rolled it end over end down my driveway and then left it standing up on the curb when they couldn't manage to get it where it was suppossed to go. After my conversation with overstock, I was convinced to keep it, they would send them back to complete delievery and send me whatever repair parts I needed. This did take much longer then I would have anticipated as there were more broken components inside then one would have guessed. It is July 26th, and I finally have a working hot tub. Although working with Overstock and the manufacturer was always pleasant and they were always helpful and accommodating, it was time consuming. I will definitely order from Overstock again, they stood behind me all the way. But if I had it to do over, I would have refused delivery and had them send me another one.
