First of all let me say, I had no idea when I placed this order that shipping would take 4 weeks. I wish I had realized that before deciding on this one. As we purchased it in October , and thought that it would be here by Thanksgiving, but it made it just a few days after Thanksgiving. However one of out concerns was needing family and friends to help us get it into the backyard, knowing it was heavy and bulky. So I was thrilled when it was delivered and the shippers had 3 men who were so very nice getting it to the backyard and on the cement pad for us. We really thought it was just going to be dropped into the driveway. I do not know if that is just how it is always done, but it was a great burden off our shoulders. We have owned several spas, the others were high end, at least twice the price of this one. So I was expecting it to heat faster than it does. But they were also the gas fired heaters. The jets are not super powerful, but still offer good relaxation. The waterfall and the lights are a nice touch just adding to the relaxing mood. I was say the best feature is the plug and play which is why we chose this one, it was up and running in less than 2 hours. However as we were just getting into our winter, it is slow to heat, it takes at least a full day to get it to 90 degrees. One feature is the heater kicks its self on to protect the unit from freezing. We have only used it a handfull of times, as it is to cold , but keeping it at the minimum heat, it looks to be costing only about 45.00 in electricity. We priced around our So California area before getting this, we could not find anything that was any where near this price for plug and play, so overall I am happy with this, and I am sure when warm weather is here I will get a lot of use out it.

great for a small spa, all the functions work well, the light is funky when it changes colors but not a big deal, just pick a color and it's great. the panel has to be removed to access the instructions and change the settings on some of the valves, but which panel is not noted and does not fit correctly when reinstalling. also the drian valve workings are not noted at all, had to call the company. but great overall buy.

This is a really nice tub for the price. I read the other reviews regarding how to get it set up...very helpful. I would not have known where to get the instructions and would have been very frustrated. The sticker that says "Open here" should say "instructions inside...open here". The jets were not as strong as expected but they are adjustable so I turned them up...still could be a bit stronger. Temp tops out at 104. Nice safety limit. Overall, with instructions (and a power screwdrver), it was fairly easy to get this going. One note: When replacing the cover panels, be careful not to tighten screws too much as the panels will crack. My son-in-law cracked one using the electric screwdriver.
