When i got the bike it was easy enough to assemble but the calorie counter was defective i wanted to return it but i thought about it and i knew it was going to be a hassle and i know they are not going to replace just the meter but the whole bike so i just decided to keep the bike and use it without the meter. It would have been perfect if the meter was ok? I guess thats what you get for getting something made in china?

I put the bike together by myself in about an hour. i am 5 foot six inches. I have the seat on the highest setting and it works perfecdtly for me. Someone very tall may have issues with the leg to peddle length. Very nice quality for the price.

I dont have a lot of time or room to spare but still wanted to get in some type of exercise. This bike is perfect. It has a dial to adjust the amount of tension. It is quiet and has an output of different measures-time, distance, pulse, speed. Meets my needs just perfect.

I bought this to replace an exercise bike that I had for over twenty years. This bike is well made, smaller in size, has a comfortable seat, and sooooo quiet. I did buy the gel seat cover and would recommend purchasing this with the bike. It was easy for my husband to assemble. The only problem has been how to program the computer. The bike comes with a single sheet of very limited explanations , but the directions are not very easy to figure out. I generally ride for twenty minutes at a continuous , fast pace, as I did with my old bike, so that is what I still do, but I would recommend better instructions. Overall, I am pleased with the bike and glad I bought it. The price is reasonable and the quality of the bike is great for the price !

Incredible quality for this price! We bought two-----one for me and one for my MN boyfriend! Rollers make it easy to move from room to room. I use it almost every day all winter long and feel pampered.

This is a nice bike. It took me about an hour to assemble but quite easy to follow instructions. Tools included which made it nice. Good size --doesn't take up a lot of space. Still working on increasing the tension but overall am quite happy with it!

I would recommend this exercise bike to anyone. It was very easy to assemble and, although it is heavy, it is easy to move around with the system design. definitely recommend this product

I love this product. Enjoy it each and every day. Saw all the great reviews before I purchased this product and that is what sealed the deal for me.

It is very solid material. The instruction is very clear. It took around 1 hr to assemble it without any problem. It is kind of weird to raise the level as opposition to the direction sign, Besides that, it is a great machine. I increase the level accordingly to my practice and it does help a lot.

very nice and holds the perfect array in our home gym. One caution, potential 'user error' during assembly. When assembling, make sure all is squared before tightening; we had ours laying flat and when sat upright it was twisted.

exactly what they said it would be- pretty happy with it- doesn't have a "lock" to keep it upright as you get in and out which would have felt safer. Also a real pain to get in and out of. But really it's everything i thought i would be. not disappointed with purchase.

This is a great eliptical trainer for the very low amount of money that it costs. Many of the complaints in the other reviews are valid. It does wobble a bit, but just keep upright and it's fine. And it's true the stride length is a bit too short. It's so short that, at 6 foot 2 inches it feels almost like a stair stepper to me! But that's fine, it's a nice eliptical stair stepper! The belts and resistance system works well. I set the resistance to low when I start, turn it up to make a harder workout while I'm going, then back down to cool down. I like to use it for 30 minutes. Really great for breaking a heavy sweat while burning up the calories in the privacy of my own home. It's very quiet when running, makes no sound. If you want a gym quality eliptical you'll just have to buy one, save $1000 for that. But if just doing the workout on a quality machine at a great price is what you want, then I would recommend this trainer, a steal for what it costs. Unlike some other reviews, mine had all the bolts in the box, I guess they solved the missing bolt problem. Great trainer, I really like mine. Oh, and if color is important to you, you should know that it is NOT snow white like in the picture, the whole thing is steel grey. Me, I don't care about the color, but others might be trying to match furniture or something.

We are two busy professionals with a lot of weight to lose. Due to our size, it is tough on our knees and ankles to use any kind of upright exercise machine. This bike is terrific for our small home as we can store it easily and set it up quickly for working out. The seat is very comfortable and the computer features (calories, distance, speed & pulse) are all easy to read. The tension knob is easy to adjust.
Getting in shape is important for your health, and a home gym is one of the best ways to reach your fitness goals. Joining an expensive gym can be a hassle, but you can avoid the crowds and save some money by creating your own home gym. This home gym buying guide was designed to help you evaluate your options so you can choose the best home gym machines for you.
New variations of tried-and-true exercise machines are always being introduced to the market as the technology of exercise equipment improves. Two exercise machines that have gained popularity are elliptical trainers and treadmills. A major advantage to elliptical trainers is that they possess little risk of injury to the knees, hips, back or ankles. Meanwhile, treadmills are home gym machines on which you can run, walk or jog. The treadmill has been in the marketplace for a long time and is a long-standing piece of standard equipment for most exercise enthusiasts. Elliptical Machines: Elliptical machines present a lower risk of injury to the body. This home gym machine allows the individual to stand in an upright position while supporting her upper body by holding onto the handrails. The individual is able to pick out what muscles to train by shifting the strength on the legs or the arms. This provides for a more flexible workout machine. The machine bears its name because it works to copy the foot's elliptical motion as well as the rotation of the hip during walking or running. Advantages of Elliptical Machines: Since elliptical machines work the upper and lower body, they help you reach your target heart rate more optimally, providing a better cardiovascular workout overall. Individuals can burn a larger number of calories in a shorter period of time. Muscles that benefit from this machine include the legs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and the back. Elliptical machines are also relatively easy to operate and are energy efficient because they do not use much electricity. Treadmills: Traditional treadmills were developed to help you walk, run or jog. Treadmills differ in advantages as there are some machines that have programs that can be customized based on your weight and fitness level. You can also manually control the program to increase or decrease the speed, the incline or the duration of the workout. Walking on a traditional treadmill, however, creates more impact on the knees and hips and may be a cause of injury for some users. Advantages of Treadmills: Some treadmill models have a cushioned surface to support the knees and other parts of the body. With these models, there is a lower risk of injury and an increased level of comfort for the user. Moreover, treadmills provide you with the option to run, jog or walk in the comfort of the gym. Also, you can burn calories by increasing the heart rate, providing a good cardiovascular workout. Buy Home Gym Machines Back to Guides Directory Buy Home Gym Machines
