This product has been a great help to my wifes recovering from a problem with the muscle in her legs, mainly because it is powered and will turn on its own so she can adjust it as she goes and when she feels ready she can also you it with out the power on and pedal it her self. Great product

I have been using this exercise bike for a few weeks now and it works extremely well and I am very pleased with it. The power tension can be adjusted for a lighter or heavier pedal speed. It has (2 AA) batteries that power the electronics. It came in a sealed box and was a bit difficult to assemble but anyone handy with tools should have no problem. As I have stated, I am happy with this exercise bike and would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

If you take the time to carefully look through the materials and then read the instructions twice or thrice, it will be easy to put together. It would help to have a powered nutdriver . Looks very expensive and works like a charm if you wear shoes. Very easy to invert to any angle if it is adjusted right. I leave it outside and the weather doesn't affect it. I love the thing and highly recommend it to anyone who likes to stretch out.

I selected this treadmill for low price, stable arm support position and low walking speed. I meets my need for feeling secure while getting exercise. I can put my full weight (312 lbs) without fear of bending the arm supports. Assembly was easy and fast. The treadmill folds by lifting the tread to vertical. The "footprint" is reduced to 28" wide by 20" deep. In that position it rolls on four wheels for easy storage. The power cable is removable similar to a desktop computer. Tread slope is not adjustable. A good value.

I needed this versus the full cage because my basement have a low ceiling. If you have more headroom, I recommend a full cage or full power-rack. That said, this is a good system. Feels solid and durable. I use it mostly for heavy sqauts, shoulder presses, bench press, high pulls, etc... The things I didn't like is the adjustable safety arms you see in front. They are a bit too short to provide you with 100% insurance against disaster - still plenty useful, but can't trust that they will catch the weight if I miss a bench without extra effort to push the bar forward for example. The instructions for assembly suck :) It was fun putting it together. Enjoy.

I received my inversion table and I was excited to assemble it after work and get some relief on my lower back from all day computer work. I was able to assemble it with little help from my son in about 30 mins using power tools to accelerate the assembly; although it includes all you need to assemble it. It took me another 30 mins to adjust the inversion table to have it correctly balanced to maneuver it with my arms. I used the inversion table and was loving the handles on the side which easily helps you get back up even at a crazy 90 degree angle. the foam cushion is super comfortable. Just after a day of using the inversion table my back feels much better. This is definitely a great sturdy product and would recommend to anyone.

I really like my exercise bike. I've been having a hard time incorporating exercise into my life and wanted something I could use while watching TV or playing video games. This bike is almost perfect. It is VERY quiet which was extremely important to me. I like the tracking features (distance, time, etc.). I like that it folds somewhat and is fairly portable because it sits in my living room (no excuse not to exercise!) but is easily scooted into a corner. The tension control is easy to adjust and works great. I didn't have any problems with the pulse monitor working but there are several connections that need to be made so follow the instructions carefully. I wish it was a true recumbant bicycle because I could probably ride for hours (medium/low tension of course) while gaming, but after 1 hour it becomes uncomfortable to sit on. But it is much more comfortable than a traditional bike seat. Pros: Looks and works as advertised Super quiet Excellent price Tension control is quick, simple, and very effective Stable - I can ride fast and hard and it does not wobble I do recommend this to my friends and would happily buy it again Cons: More upright than I hoped but that's the trade off for the portability I wish the little tracking computer was powered by my efforts rather than by batteries...

I wanted a wide, well-built, low cost treadmill without all the bells and whistles that usually turn out to be wasted money. The Exerpeutic TF1000 Walk to Fitness Electric Treadmill more than fits the bill.. I was able to assist the delivery driver, who had a hand truck, with moving the package inside. Track the package online and if you cannot have help available for delivery, make sure the local delivery service is aware beforehand that they will need 2 people and a hand truck to unload. Well packaged, mostly assembled and very easy to unpack and setup. Be careful attaching computer board to frame. Although wires are now preattached, not using care when stuffing wires behind circuit board could no doubt cause problems later. Wheels work for moving unit but could be a little larger for use on carpeting and 6.5' power cord could be longer. Height of safety handles fit me OK (I am 5'10") but I can see where taller people have complained about it. I often just set the back of my fists on top of the handles or use my fingertips when walking. Pulse monitor is convenient on handles but you must grab both handles correctly and give it a while to get up to actual rate. Centering belt adjustments are sensitive and, unlike instructions, no more than about 1/16 turn with wrench, then actually using treadmill for some time, is key when adjusting. Minor beefs aside, I found this treadmill built for heavy duty use and without useless internet links or cheap speakers. Computer, while basic, includes important features like timer countdown shutoff and target pulse rate alarm. It is very quiet, especially good when watching TV or listening to music. It is wide enough that I can use it with my dog. Safety handles are padded, plenty long with nice, wood end plugs. The handle mounted controls are very convenient and useful. Altogether the Exerpeutic TF1000 Walk to Fitness Electric Treadmill is exactly what I was looking for and a very good value for the money.
Inversion tables are designed to hold a person upside down and counteract gravity's attempt to pull your head down around your feet. Inversion table benefits have a large range. The action of using an inversion table decompresses the spine as gravity makes the blood-flow change slightly and helps the lymphatic system pull toxins from the system. Inversion therapy is a sports and fitness program that began with Hippocrates 24 centuries ago and, today, is used by pro sports teams, professional gyms and medical facilities as well as for home gym machines. This inversion table buying guide will help you figure out how to buy inversion machines that will best meet your needs.

A wet saw is a useful power tool for anyone who will be cutting tile. Wet saws achieve a clean cut without breaking the tile by using a diamond-encrusted blade that rotates the saw through a pan of water as it cuts. The water keeps the saw blade cool, which prevents tile breakage and helps protect the saw's motor. Some wet saws are also capable of cutting through dense metals and brick. For a single weekend project, renting a power tool such as a wet saw may be more economical than purchasing one, but if you'll be cutting tile more than a time or two, owning one of these handy power tools is worth the investment.
