Great quality & durability, great design, easy to assemble (takes ~90 minutes or less to put together if familiar with gym equipment), great calf machine for home equipment, only downside is that it does not come with olympic size adapters

I was not happy with the purchase. Some of the parts were broken and plastic which did not work well with the metal. The piece was stripped and did not function as it should. I don't think I will make future purchases of large items. I would have returned the item, but did not want to go through the hassle.

I was thrilled upon the arrival of another addition to my home gym. Shipping was prompt and the condition of the bench had a few scratches. An easy touch up job with white paint The feet were cracked and dry, but customer service promptly sent me new replacements upon my request. A great, durable, quality equipment for those who are looking for a good stretch and exercise to strengthen the lower back.

I am a seasoned, long term bicyclist (road, mountain, cross) I was looking to supplement gym workouts in the winter without having to leave home. I am really happy with the folding recumbent bike. I usually ride upright at the ,or spin but I have been able to change my positions on this bike to mix up the ride. I am smaill... 5' 2'' and weigh 117. If you are shorter the bike would not be a good fit. The pedal action is super smooth and quiet, the seat is comfy, the computer has all the right info. without being over-complicated.If you are a super strong rider who likes to push to the max the gearing might not be resistant enough for you, it is just right for me. I was able to put it together in a little over an hour including unpacking. The directions were easy to follow, all tools needed were included. It has a nice look too, smooth. Storing it in a corner is super easy!. I love it.

Very well constructed. Could only be improved if it had wheels.

The unit came partially assembled; putting together the remaining pieces was easy, even for a beginner. The folding feature makes it easy to store the unit if you don't have a dedicated gym.

I recently purchased this item for my mini-sized stair stepper and elliptical machine. I can confidently state it works well for the 60lbs of equipment and 160lbs of myself, unsure how it will perform under extremely heavy, bulky equipment. Overall, I am happy with the purchase for my needs.

This is a really good way to ease lower back pain. The only thing that I have found wrong is that the adjustment handle isn't working properly which is a little annoying. Other than that it's fantastic.

I've been looking for an inversion machine for a while, and found this one on Overstock.com. It was a great value. I wanted to avoid the inversion tables that hang you upside down by the ankles, as that is really hard on the ankles. This one hangs you upside down by the knees, and is pretty easy to use with well placed handles. The only problem I had with it is that when I assembled it, two of the holes for pins were not drilled properly, and I could not insert the pins.

Been using the exerciser for a while now to keep my knees limber and it works great. Just plug it in and turn it on. You control the speed and the length of time it stays on. I have used it at my desk as well as in front of the couch while I am watching TV. The little carrying handle makes it easy to move from room to room.

As my son was putting my new bike together he noticed that one of the bushings that comes already in the body of the bike was bent. This will make my bike not rotate like it should on the arem bars. I called the 800 # to advise them but I don't think that they will be sending me the correct replacement part because it was already in the frame of the bike. My fear is that I will have to send the entire bike back when all I need is the bushing replaced.

I purchased the Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table about 3 weeks ago. Bought this one because of the price and I own other pieces of Ironman brand workout equipment. I must say the inversion table was better than expected. The materials used in the table seem to be 1st rate. The assembly was easy. I did it myself in about 40 minutes. I've been using it once a day for about 10 minutes. My back is steadily feeling better. I believe with a few more weeks of inversion I will be pain free. I would recommend this table to anyone. Granted, it's not the ultimate in inversion tables, but it does a good job at a very reasonable price.

This item arrives with many parts and rather limited assembly directions. A family member put it together and expressed extreme frustration over the fact that they could not get it to tighten up to the point where it is stable. Also, it lacks recommended exercises or any explanation of how to safely use the product. I haven't given up on the product, but am disappointed in it to date. Not the usual great experience I have had with items purchased through Overstock.

I have been looking for a compact exercise equipment that I can place in the family room area where I would be most of the time, to replace the big one in the garage which I rarely use. The equipment is handy, equipped with no. of steps and calories burnt and easy to assemble. I could easily do the exercise anytime of the day. The ropes are also a plus for arms workout. I don't know how it would be compared to the regular exercise bike or other equipment, but I do more exercise with this one than before.

Excellent piece of equipment for the price. The only concern would be the lack of stride length. I'm a short person, so not a big issue with me (5'). I believe it would take a taller person quite an adjustment for the short stride. Very happy with the elliptical trainer. Fits in a corner of the bedroom so it's easily accessible, no excuses for not using. User guide easy to understand to be able to make use of the features, i.e. pulse, distance, calories, odometer...

New variations of tried-and-true exercise machines are always being introduced to the market as the technology of exercise equipment improves. Two exercise machines that have gained popularity are elliptical trainers and treadmills. A major advantage to elliptical trainers is that they possess little risk of injury to the knees, hips, back or ankles. Meanwhile, treadmills are home gym machines on which you can run, walk or jog. The treadmill has been in the marketplace for a long time and is a long-standing piece of standard equipment for most exercise enthusiasts. Elliptical Machines: Elliptical machines present a lower risk of injury to the body. This home gym machine allows the individual to stand in an upright position while supporting her upper body by holding onto the handrails. The individual is able to pick out what muscles to train by shifting the strength on the legs or the arms. This provides for a more flexible workout machine. The machine bears its name because it works to copy the foot's elliptical motion as well as the rotation of the hip during walking or running. Advantages of Elliptical Machines: Since elliptical machines work the upper and lower body, they help you reach your target heart rate more optimally, providing a better cardiovascular workout overall. Individuals can burn a larger number of calories in a shorter period of time. Muscles that benefit from this machine include the legs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and the back. Elliptical machines are also relatively easy to operate and are energy efficient because they do not use much electricity. Treadmills: Traditional treadmills were developed to help you walk, run or jog. Treadmills differ in advantages as there are some machines that have programs that can be customized based on your weight and fitness level. You can also manually control the program to increase or decrease the speed, the incline or the duration of the workout. Walking on a traditional treadmill, however, creates more impact on the knees and hips and may be a cause of injury for some users. Advantages of Treadmills: Some treadmill models have a cushioned surface to support the knees and other parts of the body. With these models, there is a lower risk of injury and an increased level of comfort for the user. Moreover, treadmills provide you with the option to run, jog or walk in the comfort of the gym. Also, you can burn calories by increasing the heart rate, providing a good cardiovascular workout. Buy Home Gym Machines Back to Guides Directory Buy Home Gym Machines

Inversion tables are designed to hold a person upside down and counteract gravity's attempt to pull your head down around your feet. Inversion table benefits have a large range.
