  Read all the reviews, thought this might be my best bet...turns out it is! Assembled by myself in about two hours - with arthritic knees! Assembly was very well thought out by the manufacturer - they've made it as easy as they could - it's just soooo heavy! :)

  I was really impressed with the delivery time as I live in Australia. I have used the machine 3 times and can already feel the difference in my body. I would recommend if any one is like me and have not done exercise for a long time to go easy to start with or you will know what every muscle in your body feels like. I love the easy to follow instructions and the videos are great. Cheaper to purchase overseas than at home. Well done! I am sold. thanks Sue

  I purchased this bike to help with exercising as I have severe foot and ankle issues. My doctor suggested a recumbent stationary bike. I could not be happier with the product. I have had great results and getting stronger everyday.
