I purchased the Hippo Air Golf Wedge for my wife. She is just starting her Golf obsession and was having trouble getting out of bunkers with the standard Wedges. She love the Hippo Air Golf Wedge!

The wedge is well built. I was looking for a wedge to replace one I broke. With the old one I could hit as far as 100 yds with extreme height being able to go over trees, etc. I wanted a wedge that would do that. The wedge is good for what it does but can't get more than about 40 yds. The wedge itself is a good wedge but didn't meet my needs

First, let me say that I have the 60º Air Wedge and I have played one round with it so far. I think with some practice, I can find a use for this club in some situations. This is not a traditional wedge in many ways. 1st. the face is huge, a good thing. 2nd. it has very little bounce angle on the bottom, maybe 3º or 4º, not a good thing. 3rd. that scalloped sole may hinder opening the face and using the bounce it does have, not a good thing. 4th. The leading edge has a very small radius. It's going to be hard to keep this thing from digging in. If you really hate traditional wedges, give this one a try. But if you are half way good with a wedge, I would not recommend it for you.

Fairly new to the game and needed help with my chip shots. This wedge makes it sooooooo much easier. Love the feel, love the Hippo brand, and absolutely loved how quickly I received this product from Overstock.com My hubby even took the wedge out and said it was quite impressive. Certainly worth every cent.

I haven't had an opportunity to use this club. The length of the shaft was shorter than any club I have used. I am not sure if that is normal with this type of club because this is my first purchase of this type of club. I plan to try it at an indoor driving range this weekend.
