High Peak Endero 2500mm Waterproof Tent

We took this tent backpacking and while it kept us dry, it is a pain to set up. You have to thread 3 poles into full length sleeves instead of just loops. The material gets caught and the poles come apart inside. Once you get it up it does a great job but I've had other tents do just as well and take a third of the time to set up.

Two weeks ago I went camping at 8500 ft in the snow with 24 degree nights. This tent was one of the better ones in our group of amateur winter campers. We did not have any wet precipitation though we did have a bit of snow in the morning. I did have some snow barricaded up against the windy side to prevent draft and there was some moisture there in the morning but not bad. For two men this would be quite a tight fit but was perfect for me and my gear. Setup and tear down was not quick but manageable. The poles do stick to the material but I quickly figured out a system of pushing them through. A few of the grommets did come apart and I will be ordering replacements for these. For the price I paid the positives outweighed the negatives and I would buy again.

first off the add misrepresented the size of the tent foot print as i was trying to fit it on a certain sized platform. It is 55.1 inches wide in the back 49.2 inches wide in the front and 41.3 high. I hope this info will help others. The front grommet fell out the very first time i set this tent up....poor quality workmanship.I think this tent should be priced under $100 for sure as i have many other superior quality tents for much less money.

I bought this tent after looking at just about every three man tent on the Internet. Pros: *4 season *Very resistant floor and fly *Very spacious front and back vestibules. *Breathable interior walls. *Aluminum stakes and high quality tie-down cords. *Very stable with fly on. *Ideal for cold weather. *King or double twin air mattresses fit snugly inside. *Very weather resistant. Cons: *A bit flimsy without fly attached. Two structural poles that are connected to the tent by elastic and clips and a third better connected to the front vestibule through the fly. *6.5" x 7.0" is just a bit small for taller adults. Conclusion: *Compares very favorably to more expensive three man tents. Don't be turned off you the lack of a brand name.
