The case is light weight and brittle and it was cracked when it arrived. I weighed each of the detachable weights, and the handles with weights...none of them were nearly as heavy as advertised. The individual weights vary so much there is no way to lift equal weights in both arms, much less determine how much you lift according to visible sizes.

This product was not what I expected. It is convinient as far as the carrying case but it does not give you room to grow. It is a starter product for those who are begining to exercise.

The Heavyhands Multi-pack with Carrying Case is exactly what I expected. Easy to use and the case is perfect to store them in. Item was easy to purchase and ship time exceeded my expectations

I use this at least three times a week when I walk and I've found it to be great for upper body conditioning. I would recommend this to anyone that would like to strengthen their muscles in upper arms and chest. It is also packable if I choose to take it when I travel.

I really love these. I use them almost every day. It's wonderful to be able to adjust the weights to a comfortable level. The carrying case is very convenient for storage too.

Heavy hands are great. I bought them for my girlfriend to use while she does aerobics and she really enjoys it. However, the case that they came in is very poorly made and when it arrived was broken in several spots. I'm sure I could return the product for a replacement but for me it isn't worth the hassle.

These weights came in a great hard case to store them in because there are so many individual weights to keep track of that is a necessity. The soft neoprene handles are comfortable and its easy to maintain your grip. The weights screw on and off easily. Its a good buy for the money.

I wanted weights that I could start out low and increase the pounds as needed --this was perfect.---carrying case an extra bonus too.

Although the product was new, it arrived absolutely filthy and had to be cleaned prior to use. This tainted the buying experience for me. The case is much bulkier than it needs to be, and does not hold the weights in place securely. The cloth covers on the handles are poorly sewn and of dubious quality. Overall, this was a dissapointing purchase. It's functional, and that's about the highest praise I can give it.
