These weights are the best by far for the purpose they're designed for. Doesn't matter if you're walking, jogging, running, whatever they are comfortable well made hand weights. Excellent investment on my part and value via Overstock's hard to beat.
The product arrived quickly, and I put it to use already. I do have to "fight" iver them with my children as they love them, too. Haave not viewed the DVD, so I cannot rate if. I just use them for "power walks" and exercising my arms as I work around the house. They are economical and convenient.

Product as promised. I have another set of these weights (in storage) purchased in 1983: the 2007 models are just as good. The video is a plus because you learn how to use the weights safely.
