I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Prestige YouTek instead of the MicroGel. The YouTek will cost you $199.00 at **** What a steal at $**** !!! Can't figure out why some are complaining about this. Hmm? I just sold my MicroGels to buy 3 more YouTeks at $****. Deal of the decade!!!

The seller not only cheated by scratching off the size from the bottom of the handle, but it also put a wrong sticker on the plastic wrap on top of the handle. I ordered microgel, and I receieved youtek. Since then I have complained twice, and order has been put in place - but it seems to be in processing mode or the tracking for shipment is wrong (order put on Au 8th, tracking shows it is deliverd on Aug 3rd!!). I wanted to have microgel but they sent me Utek.Good quality,but that is not what I ordered.

Since I got a good price on the racquet, I am tolerating the fact that there were a few negatives.Tthe grip came with a protective covering. When I removed it, it peeled off parts of the grip. I will have to replace the grip immediately.The racquet came strung with the cheapest strings my tennis coach had ever seen. And there was no opportunity to request a certain string tension. You get whatever they decide to send you. So basically, it may as well have come with NO strings.
