The lower overall rating was given because I had ordered the Head Air Flow 5 and received the Air Flow 7. I found the Air Flow 7 to be acceptable and noticed that both Air Flows were available from Overstock with some price difference; this was communicated via their website. I am very pleased with Overstock's prompt response and resolution. Head's Air Flow series are great racquets; very lightweight and forgiving. I'm an older, intermediate female player and love the Air Flows; this is my second . The racquet received was already strung, which was another difference from the original product ordered, but I have been pleased with it and do not plan to replace.
