Having tendanitis in both elbows and wrists I ordered this on a suggestion of my trainer and it does helpo get that blood flowing keep them in the car or by the TV where ever you have a lot of time and use them 20-30 squeezes per time each hand it helps a lot, more so than the exercises the Orthopeditic surgeon gave me
