I purchased this flashlight so i would always have a reliable light. I was always looking for batteries for flashlights. With this light batteries are not needed. Great, just turn and go.

I have two of these and they have never failed me. When the power goes out, I always know where this flashlight is. I keep it in my top dresser drawer and it may stay there for weeks or months between thunderstorms and power outages, but it ALWAYS LIGHTS UP! I don't know what keeps this little gem going. I crank it for a minute or less and it's good for several hours. I gave one to my grandson and told him to keep it in a place he would remember. He put it in his nightstand drawer and now he's not afraid of thunderstorms any more. It ALWAYS works, no matter how long it's been sitting in the drawer.

It's manufactured cheaply; it's not durable. It only charges certain phones. The only thing this is really good for is as a flashlight. There are better products available for the money.

I got it after the power outages in San Diego i like it too because I can charge my cell phone in it as well. I only put good instead of excellent because I have yet to put it to serious use.

This is a toy, not worth the money I paid for two of them. My wife put hers in the trash. Tried to use mine during hurricane Irene ( we lost power for 48 hours), but it took 2 people to use one light, one to wind, one to point the light where you needed it. Worst product O.com ever pushed on me!

I purchased this as a gift for a family member who camps and hikes, I thought this would be a practial gift. He lliked it very much.

Quality Control needs to be fired if there was any. With that price I was expecting to feel a flashlight in my hand not a plastic case with a crank and light bulb. wound it up several times and never charged. Returned with no problems or cost involved and refunded. Purchased several online items and this was number one worst.

Looks fine, lights up while cranking, but even after 5 min. of vigorous cranking, the flashlight still won't light up after I stop cranking. IE - the rechargeable battery is kaput.
