I use these for tennis and running, as it keeps the sun off my back but lets my body breathe. They are a different material/pattern than the other long/short sleeve Gym Hardware Shirts I have, but turned out to be satisfactory. Like the others, I ordered 3X because I know they run extremely small and fit tightly to your body if you do not order larger than you would normally. I wear a 38- 40 regular sport coat, to give an idea of my size. The 3X Large fit me perfectly, for my taste. If you like them tight, order at least one size larger than you would normally.

A bit baggy in the upper chest area, and the material is rather thick, making it slightly awkward to work out in. The length was perfect however!

Great technical wear; I use it for biking and running as well as gym wear. It wicks mositure well and stands up to daily washings.

This is another shirt that I love, it breathes very well and it is light enough that I can barely tell I'm wearing it, Very happy with it!
